India vs. Pakistan highlights, World Cup 2023.

India vs. Pakistan Highlights, World Cup 2023: Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav led India to a significant victory against their arch-rivals Pakistan in the 2023 World Cup on Saturday. They began Pakistan's innings with a spectacular collapse, sharing four wickets. In front of a crowd of over 100,000 fans at the Narendra Modi Stadium, India won by seven wickets, marking their eighth consecutive victory over Pakistan since the 1992 World Cup.

Bumrah contributed with 2 wickets, conceding 19 runs in seven overs, while Kuldeep took 2 wickets as well. Pakistan, who started at 155/2 in 10 overs, was all out for 191 runs in 42.5 overs. Apart from Kuldeep and Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Mohammad Siraj, and Ravindra Jadeja also picked up two wickets each.

Then, Indian captain Rohit Sharma scored a brilliant half-century in 36 balls, and Shreyas Iyer played a crucial unbeaten innings, leading India to victory. Rohit made 86 runs in 63 balls, including six boundaries and six sixes, as India finished at 192/3 in 30.3 overs. After three consecutive wins, India now tops the table with six points, ahead of New Zealand based on net run rate.

After their first loss in the tournament, Pakistan has four points from three matches, securing the fourth spot in the points table.

India vs. Pakistan Live Score, World Cup: And that's it!

The much-awaited match has come and gone, and the result was evident two hours before it even began. Pakistan, which was expected to be the first team in this tournament to challenge India, struggled to go beyond 155/2 and failed to reach 200. Then, Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer took charge to seal the deal against Afghanistan, starting from where they left off. India has now reached the top of the table, tied with New Zealand at six points but leading with a net run rate of +1.821. However, this top spot might be temporary as their net run rate is second only to South Africa's +2.360. The Proteas need to play one game against India, and their third match is against the Netherlands on Tuesday.

For those who were at the stadium today, it might have been a journey through all kinds of hell to get the tickets and then reach the match, unless they were among the fortunate ones who somehow found their way in. It's safe to say that if they wanted to witness only an Indian win, then their money and efforts paid off.

Speaking of India, they are looking pretty impressive, aren't they? They have played against Australia, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, but their start was not a cakewalk. And yet, they've defeated all of them on a grand scale and are sitting at the top of the table. Although you should stay here. As MS Dhoni says in that Oreo advertisement that airs during every game break, you know what you want to see. But it's better not to say. Stick to what can be achieved, meaning India is truly looking great. See you!"
